Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Fresno working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
