Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Highbridge Vale Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in San Diego supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
