Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Summit River Early Learning runs childcare centres in Orlando caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
