Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Redstone Forge Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Columbus design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
