Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Harborlight Junction Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Charlotte, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
