Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Rivermark Amber Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
