Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bridge Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 561 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
