Bluepeak Fern Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Raleigh working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
