Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Raleigh, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
