Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Timber Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
