Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Providence, RI)

Cedar Clear Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Providence. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
