Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Providence, RI)

Lumen Beacon Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Providence, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
