Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Corner Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 552 people based in Providence. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
