Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Pike Property Management looks after rental homes across the Portland area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Portland. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
