Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Pittsburgh presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
