Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Amberfield Loom Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
