Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Juniper Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
