Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Pittsburgh with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
