Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
