Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Highbridge Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Pittsburgh working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
