Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group is an education provider in Phoenix serving students and families. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
