Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ember Early Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
