Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Philadelphia, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
