Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Omaha, NE)

Bright Willow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Omaha caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
