Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Harbor Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Omaha working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
