Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Omaha, NE)

Cedar Sparrow Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Omaha presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 493 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
