Bright Oak Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Omaha. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
