Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
