Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Oakland. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
