Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Birch Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Oakland presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
