Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Oakland. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
