Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Nashville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
