Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Nashville, TN)

Northwind West Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Nashville design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
