Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Nashville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
