Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Fox Property Management manages apartment communities around Nashville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 276 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
