Cedar Iron Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Nashville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
