Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Junction Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Minneapolis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
