Ironwood Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
