Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Harbor Arts Center is an arts centre in Milwaukee with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
