Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Ridge Early Learning runs childcare centres in Milwaukee caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 945 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
