Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Milwaukee working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
