Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Oak Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Miami working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
