Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Bridge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Miami, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
