Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Granite Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 294 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
