Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Miami, FL)

Nova Corner Housing manages affordable housing communities across Miami, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
