Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Memphis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 218 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
