Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Madison, WI)

Silverline Ridge Early Learning runs childcare centres in Madison caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
