Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Madison, WI)

Silverline Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Madison, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
