Highbridge Willow Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
