Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Louisville, KY)

Bright Pike Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in Louisville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
